After a phone call and confirmation regarding the order, I drove 30 km there and was informed that a GU locking system could not be repaired. Since I could no longer lock my front door, I asked the master to take the lock apart and restore it so that my front door could be locked again. This was declined, see above. I continued to the locksmith O. Schwartz, and there the lock was repaired kindly and, above all, with professional competence. The good man is not only customer-friendly but also lives it.
